CONSENT AND RELEASE AGREEMENT

The Poker Gods: Heads-Up Podcast

This Consent and Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date signed below between The Poker Gods (“Producer”) and the undersigned guest (“Guest”) in connection with Guest’s participation in The Poker Gods: Heads-Up Podcast (“Podcast”).

By signing this Agreement, Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Grant of Rights

Guest grants Producer the unrestricted, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right to record, film, photograph, and capture Guest’s image, voice, likeness, and performance during the Podcast. This includes the right to edit, reproduce, distribute, promote, and monetize the content in any media format, including but not limited to YouTube, social media, streaming platforms, television, and promotional materials.

2. Compensation

Guest acknowledges that participation in the Podcast is voluntary, and no monetary compensation, residuals, or royalties will be provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Ownership and Usage

Producer retains full ownership of all recordings, footage, and intellectual property associated with the Podcast. Guest waives any claims to ownership, editorial control, or approval rights regarding the final content.

4. Representation and Warranties

Guest affirms that:
• They are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Agreement.
• Their statements, opinions, or contributions during the Podcast are their own and do not infringe on any third-party rights.
• They understand and accept that their appearance may be used in marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.

5. Release of Liability

Guest releases and discharges Producer, its affiliates, employees, agents, and assigns from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the use of Guest’s likeness, voice, or statements in connection with the Podcast. Producer is not responsible for any statements made by Guest or other participants.

6. Confidentiality

Guest agrees to keep confidential any behind-the-scenes production details, unreleased episodes, and business operations related to the Podcast unless granted written permission by Producer.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nevada, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Reno, Nevada
