Information Stored Locally on Your Device

All game data — including your Academy Chips balance, hand history, settings, unlocked content, daily challenges, and achievement progress — is stored locally on your device using browser storage (localStorage) or the device's native app storage. This data never leaves your device unless you manually export or share it.

If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data will be deleted.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases for virtual Academy Chips and subscription plans. These purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Subscription Management and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions (Academy Lite, Academy Pass, Academy Pro) automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Academy Chips — Virtual Training Currency

Academy Chips are a virtual training currency used exclusively within the App. They have no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, goods, or services, and cannot be transferred between users. This App does not involve real-money gambling.

Children's Privacy

The App is rated 12+ due to simulated gambling themes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service for purchase processing:

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information stored within the App. Since data is stored locally on your device, the security of that data depends on the security of your device.
