Service and Equipment Rental Agreement

This Service and Equipment Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

The Poker Gods (“Provider”)

and

[Insert Renter’s Name/Company Name] (“Renter”)

 

By signing this Agreement, the Renter agrees to the terms and conditions set forth below.

 

1. Equipment and Services Provided

• The Provider agrees to rent the following equipment and/or provide the specified services:

• Equipment: 

  • QTY 1: RFID Poker Table (Built in Software)

  • QTY 10: USB 1080P Cameras 

  • QTY 10: USB Extension Cables

  • QTY 1: 16 port USB Adapter

  • QTY 1: Extension Cable

  • QTY 1: Extension Port

  • QTY 2: RFID Deck of Playing cards

  • QTY 1: Overhead Camera Truss

  • ​

• Services: 

  • QTY 1: Producer with computer set-up (this is essential for navigating the game and making sure all equipment functions properly)

  • QTY 1: Youtube production (on our youtube site youtube.com/thepokergods)

• All equipment is rented solely for the purpose of filming and producing poker related events.

 

2. Rental Period

• The rental period begins on ______________and ends on ____________.

For a total of ________________ Hours

• The equipment must be returned or made available for pickup by the Provider on or before the end date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No person outside of The Poker Gods organization should handle equipment without written consent. (a lot of the equipment is very sensitive and requires special handling to ensure no damage is incurred)

 

3. Rental Fees and Payment

• Rental fees: $450.00 (Minimum)

• A deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking, non-refundable as this goes towards your final payment. 

• Full payment is due within 7 business days of the finish date listed in section 2 above.

Payment terms may be negotiable prior to arrangement with 10% interest rate. 

 

4. Renter Responsibilities

• The Renter is responsible for:

• Using the equipment only for its intended purpose.

• Maintaining the equipment in good condition and ensuring no damage, theft, or misuse occurs.

• Returning the equipment clean and in the same condition as it was rented.

• The Renter assumes all liability for damages, loss, or theft during the rental period and agrees to pay the repair or replacement cost as determined by the Provider.

• The Renter is responsible for their own chairs as we do not provide seating at the poker table. 

 

5. Liability and Indemnity

• The Renter agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Poker Gods and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Use of the rented equipment.

• Injuries or damages occurring during the use of the equipment or services.

 

6. Ownership and Prohibited Use

• The equipment remains the property of The Poker Gods at all times.

• The Renter shall not:

• Sublease, sell, or loan the equipment.

• Modify or alter the equipment.

 

7. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 24 hours before the start of the rental period to receive a refund.

• Cancellations involving travel must be made in writing at least 72 hours before the start of the rental period to receive a refund.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit or rental fees.

 

8. Governing Law

 

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Reno, NV.

Any equipment rented outside of the state of Nevada will result in necessary changes to the agreement for the governing jurisdiction in there which the host of the event resides. 

 

9. Agreement Acceptance

Waiver and Release of Liability

By renting equipment or utilizing services provided by The Poker Gods, the undersigned (“Renter”) agrees to the following terms:

 

Acknowledgment of Risk

• The Renter understands and accepts the risks involved in using the rented equipment or services, including but not limited to:

• Damage to property.

• Bodily injuries resulting from misuse or accidents.

 

Release of Liability

• The Renter releases and holds harmless The Poker Gods, its employees, contractors, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Use of the rented equipment or services.

• Injuries or damages occurring during the rental period.

 

Responsibility for Damages

• The Renter agrees to assume all responsibility for damages, theft, or loss of the equipment during the rental period and will reimburse The Poker Gods for repair or replacement costs.

 

Agreement to Terms
